Testimonial - Shin Splints

John Urich's Acupuncture practice has been a great aspect in my life and as I am an athlete, John has been a lifesaver! I have been going to John for the last 8 years and I have found his expertise and knowledge to be indispensable in helping me to feel 100% on a regular basis.

I originally went to John because I had been training for a marathon and 4 weeks prior to the race, I suffered a setback with a severe case of shin splints. A friend suggested I try acupuncture and John's office was near my office so even though he was booked for that week, after hearing about my dilemma, John was gracious enough to fit me in that exact day.

John was very patient and supportive in understanding my desire to run the race and yet was concerned to be straightforward with me as to prevent any long-term injuries. After an aggressive treatment regiment and other Chinese supplements, I was able to not only start the marathon, but have one of my top personal best's completions. I would highly recommend John Urich as a top notch empathic, knowledgeable professional to any week-end warrior or person that wants more that what normal Western medicines would provide.

Testimonial - Wrist Pain

I arrived with a severe wrist sprain & arthritis in my lower back. The extreme pain to the wrist was alleviated so quickly it was amazing. I also found the same thing true when I misused my back. The wrist is healing as well as the back. Each treatment for me is complete relaxation & the most wonderful time for meditation.
